We bought direct from Zempire as CW could not match their price. This tent is huge and awesome: people keep asking us about it (camping in MA, USA). The sunroom/awning enclosure is a must. Without it, the front part of the tent is open to the air/bugs/wind/böown rain etc. with the sunroom, you get a whole area for eating/light cooking, plus storage. Pitching is 100% easy. Watch the vids and it genuinely takes around 5 mins. We use the middle part as a clean/dry room with a tent carpet (different brand as can’t get the Zempure one), chairs and a camping coffee table from Outwell. Two big bedrooms at the back, divided with zip close doors to main room and a hanging curtain between. Not much privacy between sleeping areas. The windows all have mesh, and there are only two waterproof window areas, which isn’t enough be side this tent is dark inside: like lie in until 9am dark! The ‘curtains’ are also the waterproof tent material, so need to be fully closed to make the tent rain proof. You’ll need a really good lighting system in this tent (Outwell Epsilon x 2 plus rechargeable Battery pack works well). When it’s not raining, ventilation is awesome, with the mesh open on all sides and front/back. But: you can’t have much ventilation or natural light when it is raining. The bucket/sewn in ground sheet is good. We used an agricultural tarp, cut to size, as a footprint as none was available. Finding one long and wide enough was a challenge! Suggestions for improvement: include the sunroom as standard, or at least the difficulty of fitting the sunroom to the awning and make the sunroom ground sheet a bucket groundsheet. Add more rainproof windows, with curtains. Add a valence/rainshield over a couple of the windows to allow for ventilation during rain. Provide waterproof covers for the sunroom/awning air beams: they get very wet and are hard to dry out for packaway.
