Please read our Terms and Conditions of Sale before you place an order with Camping World. We are happy to answer any questions, problems or queries relating to our Terms and Conditions and you can contact our team by telephone Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm, or by email 7 days a week.

Guarantee of Quality
Camping World guarantees that all products sold are of the highest quality and meet all relevant required current EU legislation standards for the purpose they were intended.
Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system, you will receive an automatic confirmation of your order as an e-mail. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes in your order, please telephone or email us immediately. During busy periods we cannot guarantee being able to change your order before dispatch. The email you receive is a copy of your order as sent and is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order.
By placing an order with Camping World you are confirming that you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. For financial security payment may be debited before the contract is formed. If your order is cancelled by either party or ultimately rejected, a full refund will be made immediately using our secure online payment processing system. For international orders cancelled by the buyer and where a bank fee is charged to us for returning payment, this fee will be be deducted from any refund. For the purposes of this agreement the dispatch of your order from our warehouses constitutes our acceptance of your order.
Complaints will be dealt with promptly and in accordance with the law in England & Wales. To register a complaint, please send an email in the first instance to: email@example.com outlining details of your grievance and we will answer it in line with our Complaints Handling Procedure. A copy of our Complaints Handling Procedure will be provided on request.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Any emails sent to customers of this shop will contain a link to remove yourself from any list we hold and may send out with special offers and Information we feel will be of benefit to you. We will not pass your personal details to any third party, except for those required partners required for the express purpose of fulfilling your order. This will include our delivery partners and for certain orders this may include the specific supplier for the goods you have ordered. Our data agreements with our partners require the deletion of this data after the order is fulfilled and allow no use of this data outside of directly dealing with the specific order fulfilment. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number and email address.
For the express and sole purpose of completing returns, resolving complaints and warranty processing we may need to share basic personal data with our suppliers and courier partners. You may ask us not to share your data, but this may delay and/or effect the resolution we are able to offer.
We will never collect sensitive information without explicit consent and Information we retain can be checked by emailing us. If there are any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law and credit card information is deleted within 28 days of an order being completed. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser, (if you use remember me option on the checkout page). You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
Prices and Payment
The prices charged for goods shall be those ruling on the date of order. Whilst every effort is made to keep the prices and products on the website up to date some late changes could arise. If a price changes or a product becomes unavailable you will be notified and given the option to delay your order, an alternative option or a full refund if required. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.
We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay and also offer consumer finance subject to status. For off-line purchases we accept both UK and international bank transfers but you will be responsible for any handling, receiving, clearing and exchange fees. For change of mind returns any handling, sending and clearing costs, as well as any exchange fees associated with refunding a transaction will be the sole liability of the buyer and will be deducted from any refund amount due. We will only accept (£) Sterling Postal Orders, Personal Cheques or Bank Drafts by prior agreement and in the absence of other available payment methods - typically this will be for group purchases for organisations that require dual signatory authorisation - and in all cases goods will not be released until a clearing period has passed up up to 10 days after presentation. Exchange rates around the world do vary all the time so payments made to www.campingworld.co.uk must always be in UK pounds (£) Sterling. Customers are responsible for their own exchange rate and processing fees which may vary depending on their bank.
International orders / exports
For international orders the purchaser will in all circumstances be solely responsible for any local customs import duty, tax and clearing charges which may be applied to their goods by their local customs authority. For the avoidance of doubt the automatic return of any goods to us by a customs authority following non-payment by the purchaser of any local customs import duty, tax and clearing charges will be treated by us as a 'change of mind' return and will incur a return shipping charge from the carrier, the direct cost of which will be deducted from any refund due; a copy of the return waybill may be provided to the purchaser on request.

Shipping and Delivery
Camping World have negotiated low rate worldwide postage costs to ensure our customers receive the best possible shipping services. We receive daily collections Monday to Friday from our dispatch warehousing to ensure prompt dispatch of orders, and offer various standard and express services for your convenience. Whilst we can usually guarantee UK delivery on a certain day by prior request on standard services (exclusions apply), these services are not usually guaranteed for delivery on a certain day due to fluctuations in processing time based on order volumes. Shipping times to destinations outside of the UK may vary. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays. No refund for delivery services will be made if at the date of dispatch our courier partner has suspended service guarantees.
Economy Delivery is a non-priority service and orders with this delivery method will be dispatched after all orders choosing express delivery options. Delivery is estimated within 2-10 days for UK orders, 5-14 days for European orders and within 7-21 days worldwide. No timed service guarantee is offered on Super Saver Delivery. Times, services and service level guarantees may be affected by things such as extreme weather and are subject to change at any time without notice.
The Highlands, Islands and off-shore UK destinations should allow extra delivery time (approximately 1 day to service chosen) due to their remote locations. This only includes postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-29, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25. Some express services are not gauranteed or unavailable for these locations, but may still be chosen. Customers choosing express services to these postcodes will not be eligible to claim for late deliveries.
Camping World prioritises safe, careful and on time delivery for our customers and monitor our courier service levels constantly - we typically use the following couriers: ParcelForce, TNT, FedEx, GLS, Royal Mail and these relationships, developed over time, mean we can offer the best and most reliable service to our customers.

Voucher Code Offers
Any marketing email voucher codes sent out to our customer database are subject to fair use and only one use per customer unless stated otherwise in the email promotion. You cannot use voucher codes to buy our Camping World gift vouchers unless it is stated in the offer. If we have a 10% off promotion on EVERYTHING this still will exclude using the promotion to purchase a gift voucher.
Please Note: We do not allow the use of multiple coupon codes ("voucher stacking"). When placing an order online our website will only allow you to use one voucher code per order. In the case of system error that allows multiple vouchers or the inappropriate use of vouchers, at our discretion such orders may be cancelled and any payments made refunded.

We run various offers through out the year including buy one, get one free deals. Please note that your free item will be the cheapest item.
We reserve the right to change/remove any elements of our rewards scheme. We are constantly reviewing our loyalty scheme offerings and we try and give a period of notice before any chnages are made. If you are effected negatively by a change in our scheme please contact our customer service team.

Camping World is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill any order due to events beyond our control. While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought, Significantly Adverse Weather, or other causes beyond the control of Camping and Leisure World.
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
