Brought to replace a 10 year old voyager 3 that never let us down.
The versa is in a league of it's own at this price as nothing comes close to it.
Build quality is really good and it is very weather resistant. Coped with torrential rain and winds gusting to 45 mph for 24 hours. Venting is also excellent keeping condensation to almost nothing.great in gusting wind due to the shape if pitched porch into the wind. Loads of space too.i highly recomend this tent so it gets 5 stars.
Feels like quality kit, ge sleeping area. My only gripes are:
Not enough storage pockets or light hooks inside the fly or the sleeping area. There's only 2 small ones, one of which is for the door to tuck into.
The other is the "opening up the back of the tent for ultimate airing" - I think they've missed a trick with this, yes the fly folds back, but why not make the inner "more mesh" for star gazing at night?
Lovely tent, but could have wowed me more.
Hopefully it lasts as long as my vango (15 years) time will tell!
