The Quest Falcon Poled Driveaway has been designed to be lightweight, reliable and compact in size. It is a new model for the 2024 season and is equipped with multiple unique features. The Falcon comes in two different attachment heights, a Low (180-210cm) designed for VW’s & Transporters and a High (240-270cm) for Motorhomes and Panel Vans. Typically, the tunnel section of the awning offers a good fit as the height bracket is concise but webbing straps allow it to be adjusted. An example of this is Quest’s new zip-off driveaway attachment; by having a zip along the Kador (beading) it means a fixing kit isn’t required, simply unzip the Kador leaving the awning & van separate and drive away.

The Falcon Poled is made from a Lightweight 75D Performance Fabric with a 4,000mm HH to give it good protection form the elements. Steel upright poles partnered with a flexible fibreglass roof pole keep the awning sturdy, but also compact in size. PVC windows allow plenty of light into the awning. Where there are windows there are also privacy curtains which toggle up when needed. The main body of the awning has three entrances, two on either side both with a secondary mesh door and one at the front. The front door can also double up as a canopy but using additional king poles which are purchased separately. The tunnel section also has two doors so you can easily have access to the van without going through the main body of the awning.

The Poled Falcon can be pitched with-in 16 minutes thanks to the accessible pole sleeve and lower clips. Throw over guylines can easily be used to attach the awning to the van in those instances where a rail is not available. Overall this awning is good value for money yet it offers a specification above its competitors.
