Updated from the much-loved TN3 tent, the Kelty Dirt Motel 3 tent takes that same classic design and tweaks it to deliver more space and comfort for high-mileage hiking and trekking.

The Dirt Motel lightweight hiking shelter is built to deliver camping comfort and on-trail convenience. The freestanding design pitches inner first for fast setup with a secure tensioning system for stability in poor weather.

On the inside, there's room enough for 3 people with the hug-clip technology and a ridge-pole increasing head and elbow room for optimised living space. Dual entrances give users hassle-free access with a vestibule on either side for added storage space and to protect the entrance from rain.

A rollback fly can be raised in good weather for a stargazer's view and quickly secured should the weather turn - all without leaving the tent.

A taped-seam 40D nylon fly features high-quality silicone waterproof treatment with a hard-wearing 70D nylon in the floor and No-See-Um mesh canopy for ventilation and to keep out bugs. Brow vents in the fly offer airflow and moisture-management. The Shark Mouth carry bag makes for quick pack away while a shortened pole-set adds convenience for space-conscious hikers and bike-packers.
