I personally wouldn't be without the roof lining it finishes the awning off beautifully it also keeps the awning warm in colder weather and keeps it cooler when it's warm it helps with any condensation you may have although I have not had any problem either the latter

The difference in temperature, even as I was putting this up was amazing! I had no idea it would make such a difference. Even without a heater in the awning, it was warmer than outside, and no condensation.
If you don't have one, get one, end of.Quick delivery too BTW.

bought this to help with the condensation problem, vey impressed with how it looks, need strong fingers to put it up as it fits very tight (no sagging) was a bit disappointed that you did not get the annexe part with it as our awning has a fixed annexe, overall very quality and very impressed with service and delivery

I found this item to be very difficult to find and I think it was the last in the UK I could find the team were great at getting the correct one and dispatched it promptly and on arrival it looks and feels great quality
