HOW DOES RENTAL WORK.

RENT. ADVENTURE. RETURN

For our exclusive rental collection we’ve partnered with Zoa, the UK's first integrated rental specialists. This service is for UK customers only.

1.) Browse through our selection of camping and hiking equipment. Click the "RENT' button.

2.) Select your preferred rental period (and if relevant, size).

3.) Your rental will arrive on your chosen date (and sometimes earlier). You will receive emails from our partners, Zoa.

4.) Return the rental using the same packaging. Your return courier pick-up will be booked for the selected rental end-date. It’s really important you package up the items the same way they arrived, as the courier won’t be able to accept it otherwise. For Example: If 4 boxes were delivered - 4 boxes will be collected.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK FOR MY RENTAL TO ARRIVE?

The dates you select are the delivery and return dates for your equipment. We recommend booking the delivery date 1 day before your camping trip as we cannot guarantee the time your rental order will be delivered. The only way to reserve an product is to book it through the website, so we advise that you place an order as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.

You can book 6 months in advance and for a maximum of 30 days.

Zoa does not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays, so please bear this in mind when placing your order across holidays or busy dates.

 

HOW CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

If you wish to change your order - please send the changes you'd like to make to Zoa’s team at customersupport@zoarental.com and they'll do their best to help.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Your order will be delivered on or before your selected delivery date. You will receive an email from Zoa when your parcel has been dispatched with tracking information. You can use the third-party delivery providers' website to track your item.

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED EARLY - IS THAT A MISTAKE?

We often send items early if we can to give customers more time. You will not be charged any extra for the additional days you have the equipment and you can still return your rental on your chosen return date.

HOW DO I RETURN MY RENTAL?

Your rental will be picked up by a courier on your return date. You will receive a notification from the courier confirming the pick-up window.

Put your rental into the packaging it was delivered in. It’s very important that you package the items up in the same way they were delivered, otherwise the courier may not accept them.

If you miss your courier window, please contact customersupport@zoarental.com. Please note there may be a fee for arranging a new courier collection.

CAN I KEEP THE ITEM?

If the product you have rented does not have future bookings, we will send you an email asking if you'd like to purchase the product. Please note, this isn't for all products.

Dryrobe products two types of robe; Advance and Towelling. The towelling robe is ideal for after a swim when the weather is a bit warmer but the advance is what you need to really stay warm especially after an open swim in those cooler months.

It is often used by people who participate in outdoor activities such as surfing, snowboarding, and winter sports. It is designed to be worn as a outer layer and provide a quick change and warming up solution.

Are Dryrobes waterproof?

Yes, Dryrobes are designed to be waterproof. They are made of a breathable, waterproof and windproof material that is designed to keep the wearer warm and dry in wet conditions. The material is typically a lightweight, breathable fabric such as nylon or polyester that is coated with a waterproof and windproof barrier to prevent water and wind from penetrating the robe. Additionally, the hood and the cuffs have a seal or tight closure to prevent water and wind getting in. This allows the wearer to stay dry even in heavy rain or windy conditions.
