We purchased two of these chairs and were thrilled with them. Unfortunately the first time we used them the stitching on one of the arms which was attached to the zips gave way and therefore the zip opened from the wrong end. We emailed customer service to ask what we should do as we are self isolating due to the corona virus. The very next day we received a nice email and a replacement chair. What brilliant service. We wouldn’t hesitate to purchase goods from them again.
The usual very quick service from Camping World and quality from Zempire.
It’s a bit heavy but no worries if you are camping by car.
However it’s built like a tank, this will last years.
Very sturdy chair and very comfortable. Build quality is brilliant and love the cool compartment it holds two can’s and keeps them nice and cool
