360 Valve - Fully Open 
This valve postion allows your mat to inflate as quickly as possible. Simply remove your mat from the bag, open the valve as pictured, and watch as it inflates before your eyes.

360 Valve - Inflate Only
Once your mat has finished self-inflating, depending on your preference, a comfort test may confirm you want a little extra air. This valve position is perfect for adding a few extra puffs wihtout letting any additional air escape.

360 Valve - Deflate Only 
When its time for pack-up, set the valve to deflate only. As you roll your mat and expel the air it will stay that way, making pack-up easy and getting it into the bag a breeze.
