Thetford Porta Potti 565P Portable Toilet From  £159.99

This was my first porta potti for camping. I chose the manual pump instead of the battery operated so I would not need to worry about maintaining batteries. This was great! Very portable as I moved it from my outside bathroom tent in the day to my Vango tent at night. The only negative is the weight of the toilet when full. You can easily control that by emptying more often. Emptying it was very easy. It did not spill and drained great. We only used this for going #1 as we had a bathhouse at our campsite. I do recommend this for families on the go.

Comfortable full-sized seat at a reasonable height, stylish design, great built-in toilet paper role, very effective odor-free vent system and opted for the manual flush as low tech means no dead batteries (as with the E version) when you really need that flush to work. Easy to fill and empty and a great option at my off-grid cabin where septic and pit toilets aren’t an option. Far more affordable than an incinerating toilet. Really pleased with my purchase! Camping World made my purchase quick, easy and amazingly timely (I’m in Colorado and had my toilet here from the UK in under a week!)

This seems very well made, and is slightly higher than others
When full of the fluids it is quite heavy, but the design and ease of use is good.
Only used a few times , but hopefully will last some time

So obviously if you’re paying this much for a portable toilet you expect it to be great. It didn’t disappoint. My children loved using this toilet during our camping trip. It kept clean, worked well, was easy to empty, didn’t leak or have any problems and loved the toilet roll holder. Great service too. Happy customer.

I do like this toilet very much the pump model the model that has a battery operated flush is a much better design not to mention the fact that it's totally off grid the size of a bowl is perfect as far as width depth and length and it is also the perfect height very close to being on your toilet at home

Decided to buy this because of covid, and thought it would be safer than using the facilities on the camp site, haven't given it 5 stars as we haven't used it yet but it looks ok,

Excellent mobile toilet. Use it on our first camping holiday and works perfect , make your life much easier.
