An email communication from ParcelForce:

Owing to a major electrical failure in our national hub last night we encountered a mechanical failure in one of our four sorting machines. Whilst we managed to process the vast majority of parcels and these will be delivered as normal today, we weren’t able to sort all parcels and there will be a considerable number of parcels delayed today. All parcels not delivered today are being processed and we will endeavour to deliver all of them tomorrow”

These parcels can be identified as having the last scan as “received and processed at our national hub”

We have been and continue to work flat out to resolve this issue


At present we do not know how many, if any, Camping World parcels have been caught up in this delay. Please rest assured that all ParcelForce deliveries are trackable and we will endevour to ensure as little delay or disruption as possible to you orders.
