Great sledge, it's fast, lightweight and easy to carry. The service was excellent. Super quick delivery and well packaged product. My address is quite hard to find so I gave additional directions to the house in the notes section on the order form. This is the only company I've ever ordered from who actually wrote the extra instructions on the parcel for the driver...faultless!

Bought this for snow, unfortunately it never came, the snow, not the product, that was super fast delivery. Seems good quality but not had a chance to test it out yet.

Can't rate the product as such as awaiting a replacement one (first one was damaged in the post), but the customer service team were excellent and there was no issue with sending out a replacement.
