Very sturdy porta-potty. The height and width of the seat is very comparable to in house toilet. More importantly the bowl is a very good depth. And I don't need a flushing water supply. I am not real fond of the purple hew but that's life. When this one finally gives out I will buy another if they are still in production.
Just what I needed. Not too heavy for me to bring up into the loft of our cabin in the woods. No more getting dressed in the middle of the night to go to the outhouse. Took the advice of other reviewers and I line it with plastic and put cat litter in it. No fuss, no cleaning. Just throw the bag away.
My mother in law came to stay 5 nights, and our only bathroom is upstairs. This was the perfect solution for a downstairs toilet for nighttime trips. I inserted a trash bag in the bowl and put kitty litter in it. Emptied every morning. The toilet was comfortable and meet all of our needs.
Bought for use over xmas for an elderly relative who could not access our bathroom (converted a downstairs spare room to a temporary toilet room). It stood up to his (not insignificant) weight well and was easy to empty and clean afterwards. Excellent value for the price paid.
This is worth it's weight in gold when you're in a tent in the middle of a field in the middle of the night and it's pouring down and your wife needs to pay a visit... no need to say much more - although it's an excellent product and great value for money - easy to clean too.
