We haven't used the tent yet but Camping World customer service was first class. Item arrived in less than 24 hours and a small misunderstanding was dealt with quickly and professionally.

I've only had a trial run in my back garden so given 4 stars at the moment as I don't know yet how this will perform when in full use.
Plenty of room in the tent as I only intend to use it for me and my dog and I would say it would be suitable for a family of four.
Fairly straight forward to put up, it could be done by one person although it would be far easier for two people. I would highly recommend purchasing the 'package deal' which includes the footprint and carpet as I would say they were essentials
