We bought this as a replacement for a 13 year old outwell, that had finally given up being waterproof.
Erecting it was incredibly straightforward (not helped by all of the tree roots surrounding our pitch! The multiple options for opening up sections work well. We have added the awning so keep a smaller zip up space and have the last third open into the awning.
The air poles are easy to inflate and rigid once at psi recommended, even with the heavier fabric.
The blackout fabric works really well. Kids are not surfacing until after 8 which is unheard of on our holidays.
The sleeping pods are on the small side - a double air bed only just fits, as do 2 camp beds.

The only feature some people may not appreciate is that the back third compartment door does not fully seal the front as the carpet would cover the flor to the next door if layed out fully. If you use it like we have you have to be happy with insects and small creatures (lizards, in our camp) wandering in under the doorway, as our son kept tripping over it when we lifted The groundsheet up onto the alternative lipped position (am sure the lizards would still have scuttled in through the gap).

Delivery was prompt and the people on the phone were fantastic when TNT only delivered the first of two boxes (missing the tent) initially. They chased the missing box and kept us updated. Fantastic customer service. Thankyou
