Very happy with how fast the delivery of the product was . It was a present i purchased for my daughter .

My wife and I decided we wanted a hot tub but rigid 1 wouldn't going our garden as we have no rear access. We shopped around until we found this 1. When it arrived the instructions were simple to follow and it was up and ready to fill withing 20 minutes. Absolutely over the moon with it. We've used it quite a lot in the 3 weeks we've had it and now wished we bought 1 sooner. As for the price..... outstanding. Everything is so simple and if you do find a problem, the live chat with the manufacturer is also amazing. So helpful. My only gripe is that it doesn't come with the starter kit *chemicals) as standard. They are expensive but would have been a nice bonus. Overall we love it.

Absolutely fantastic product

Bought this hot tub for my family of six as I'd been looking at other ones for six people but they where so expensive. Ordered on the Wednesday was here by there Friday the same week. Took myself and my partner all of five minutes to set up and the fulling didn't take as long as we expected.we've have it just over a week and I can honestly say we all love it and our very much looking forward to our summer evenings in it. its so much bigger than the lazy spa six person one that we had rent before. Very happy
