7 day resolution guarantee refers to us being able to issue an outcome decision to within 7 days. We rely on your availability to return and collect replacement goods so actual completion times may vary.

Terms and conditions apply.
You have an obligation to provide proof of purchase for both the product and the warranty plan to begin your claim. To qualify for the 7 day resolution guarantee you must be able to supply images of sufficient quality that we are able to identify and assess the problem. You must be able to return the product to us and collect your replacement in good time; delay in sending your images or if we have to complete our own inspection will likely delay your resolution. Money back is issued as Camping World credit and not a cash refund. Camping World credit issued for claim resolution is not transferable without the written consent of Camping World.

For most products costing up 150, we‚ll give you an instant replacement on the spot in the event of breakdown or mishap if we have available stock. For products costing over 150 we‚ll replace it within 7 days if we can, or if we can‚t we‚ll give you the choice of waiting until it becomes available, having a repair, or taking a credit to spend on something else. Pay By Finance orders are excluded from a credit resolution and must opt for an immediate exchange product if a like-for-like replacement is not available.

General Terms & Conditions

Our Agreement: By ordering services from Camping World you are entering into a contract with us. The terms below are important and set out our mutual obligations and what you are agreeing to. We rely on the information and images you give us to provide this service

Liability Exclusions: We do not have specific knowledge of your set up or the environment in which is it used or stored. Whilst we will use our best efforts to minimise disruption to your set up, we cannot be responsible for any unforeseen consequences of replacing equipment with similar equipment when a like-for-like replacement is not available. Our services may affect manufacturer warranty validity. It is your responsibility to assess the effect of our services on any manufacturer's warranty and take appropriate action.

We cannot be responsible or liable to you in relation to any service regarding:

o any loss of (or loss of use of) any item returned with but not part of the item to be replaced;
o any loss of goodwill, or any loss of (or interruption to) business or contracts;
o any failure by you to follow our reasonable advice, recommendations or instructions;
o any losses you may suffer arising from your use of (or failure to use) the product;
o Any losses you may suffer arising from your failure to take out appropriate insurance cover for your needs;
o Any exact product model being no longer available;
o Any incompatibility of accessories for use with any replacement equipment; and
o any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable

Information we require and use of information
We will ask you for certain details which we require to perform the service. This includes address and contact telephone numbers able to accept incoming calls and an email address. We may record your conversations with our employees for training or records purposes. Your data protection and privacy rights regarding other information we may collect are set out in our Privacy Policy which you can find with our other policies at The use of this information is governed through our privacy policy.

In order to effectively process your claim we may pass some of your information to the relevant supplier of your product, to our repairers, and to our couriers if it is necessary to resolve your problem. The information we shard will be the minimum necessary to effectively resolve your claim and will be used for no other purpose. Information we may need to share includes your name, address, telephone number, email address, purchase information and details of any previous claims that are relevant.

7 Day Resolution Guarantee ‚ your obligation
In order for us to provide a 7 day resolution guarantee we will need you to us send images (or video content) of the problem for us to identify and assess the claim. If you are unable to provide these we may have to book time for a manual inspection of the issue and this may delay your resolution.

Where we are unable to provide a replacement of similar specification and value we will offer you Camping World credit to the purchase value of the original product (excludes Pay By Finance orders). We cannot guarantee a like-for-like replacement due to product seasonality.

Where you would prefer to keep your original product with the problem repaired rather than a replacement or credit we may attempt a repair at your request if it is economically viable for us to do so.

If a replacement product is not available at the time the problem arises but will be available within 90 days, at your request you may choose to wait for your replacement rather than receive credit.

What‚s not included

o Some regularly replaced items/consumables like batteries
o Any products we are unable to return for hygiene reasons like underwear, base-layers, food preparation and toilet products
o Any products we are unable to return for safety reasons
o Cosmetic damage like rust, scratches or general wear and tear where it does not affect the operation or safety of the product
o Repair costs that have not been approved
o Damage or breakdown due to flood, wind or other severe weather conditions
o Damage or breakdown due to fire unless caused by an electrical malfunction within the product
o Repair or replacement of a product which has been neglected, abused, misused or damaged intentionally. You must take reasonable care of the products and use them in accordance with the manufacturer‚s instructions
o The cost of repairing or replacing a product which has been exposed to insect infestation (or similar phenomenon) or human or animal fluid/matter
o Any product returned wet or damp and not in a clean condition safe for our employees to handle and process
o Any service or benefit where the plan has been suspended due to non-payment, chargeback or finance clawback
o Inoperability of the product caused by the withdrawal of services by a third party or by a failure of, fault with, surge, or interruption of a utilities supply e.g. failure of a campsite‚s electrical hook up supply damaging a product or rendering it not operable
o UV damage such as colour fading and degradation
o Theft or any loss suffered if you cannot use the product or any loss other than repair or replacement

Cancellation period:
