pros:
beautiful colors (fly sheet and inner tent), very strong fly sheet and poles, good zippers and good covering of zippers. height of inner tent enough for changing shirts or stretching arms. vestibules large enough for cooking, a dog or gear storage.
cons:
ventilation: on photos they look large but in real they are small. the material used to prop up the hoods always collapses resulting in the closure of the vents. (i tried 5 minutes playing with them. robens should use these little sticks that other tent makers use to force the hoods open) the vents themselves are tiny. they are 3 times the size with tatonka, or hilleberg or marmot etc.
seams: worst i've seen in any tent. they threaten to tear apart if you touch them too much. especially the inner tent where only polyester is used instead of the industry standard 30-40d ripstop nylon. you cannot have a child or dog in the tent cause they'll rip it to pieces.
pockets: good design but only two small ones for whole tent. not enough for 2 people and especially not if you're trekking or mountaineering and have things to organise (food, flash lights, head lights, medicine etc.)
various strips/ bands of black nylon und poorly. i was afraid to pull on them. holes where the threads were pulled through by the needle are so large that light shines through from the other side. just to name one example.
my understanding from the pro trekking scene is that robens lost it's quality with the acquisition by an investor recently. the father went bankrupt and the son didn't want to continue. (something like that...) sad story but there is still "lightwave" and "crux" if you want meaningful products.
