Camping World shows brings out the hardiest campers!
This weekend saw the annual season launch show at Camping World. Based in Horsham, West Sussex the huge display ground is the ideal location to exhibit all of the new season tents and accessories from all the key outdoor brands.
With over 10 acres of full decked outdoor tent display, Horsham boasts simply the biggest and the best tent display in the UK. Packed with tents from single hiking tents all the way through to 10 berth family tents and everything in between, if you are looking for a tent then Camping World is the place to be.
This weekend (23-24 March) saw some of the coldest winter weather of the year so far which was a bit of a shock to the system as last year’s show enjoyed a mini heat wave with temperatures in the mid-20s all weekend. Nevertheless, campers flocked to the site to be greeted with free bacon rolls and burgers, and plenty to see and do all day.
Trade was brisk and both the furniture warehouse and main shop enjoyed plenty of custom as people flocked inside to warm up. The tent display remained busy all day with demonstrations of new air tent designs were put to the test. Manufacturers from all the brands were on site to answer customer questions directly, and customers even had the chance to win one of two tents and other accessories in the free raffle.
The next show is scheduled for 11-12th May with a 'family camping' theme so mark the date and come and spend the day with Camping World
