I can’t praise the customer service enough! Unfortunately my order delivery was delayed due to circumstances beyond their control.
Holly was amazing and managed to get it to me in time for my trip. Always very friendly, polite and professional.
I will most definitely be buying from them in future.

Nine weeks ago I requested a refund. It is now two weeks since Camping World replied to my last review saying "we have raised this with our finance team and expect them to deal with it promptly". PROMPTLY! NINE WEEKS! We are owed £861.59. Order ID 795189.
This is very poor service Camping World.
If we ever get our money back I will post a review. But until then I will continue to post negative reviews.

Ordered an Osprey dry robe on the 1/3/24, and not arrived yet, however they have contacted me and assured me they will get back to me ASAP with an update.

On arriving for our holiday in Cornwall at the weekend one of our Kampa Croyde Classic 6 air beam tubes blew! We immediately phoned Camping World where the tent had been purchased 5 years ago for advice. The customer service from Alex was nothing short of outstanding. He contacted Kampa on Monday, advised us of the replacement price, took payment over the telephone then ordered a new tube to be delivered directly the campsite we are staying. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Camping World Horsham. Thank you Alex.

My Outwell double camping bed arrived promptly and is very comfortable and easy to use. It's sturdy and reassuringly heavy. But care is needed to carry it. Only 4 stars as the mattress though very comfortable isn't thick enough to overcome the dip either side of the central frame.

We have just bought a camping toilet from this site. I was hoping it would arrive in time for the weekend and it certainly did! Amazed at the speedy delivery... Very few places deliver that quick these days (to the Isle of Man) so we are super happy. It was well packaged and great communication throughout. Will use again if we need more camping equipment!

We are newcomers to the world of SIMs but, as delighted owners of a Zempire tent and other bits & pieces, we decided to splash out and buy this Zempire one.
We're very happy with our purchase, it's lovely quality (which we were expecting anyway) and performs exactly as expected. Better, actually.
Great price and speedy service from Camping World (with a special shout-out for Holly, who was so helpful without being pushy, a credit to Camping World).

Firstly we rang with an enquiry regarding a double camp bed and mattress. The staff were very helpful and subsequently visited to make a purchase. There were several options meeting our needs and the staff spent a good amount of time explaining the items on sale. We tested a few bed and mattress options prior to buying. Great experience, Thanks.

I couldn't find a click and collect option so emailed instead. Aimee was really helpful and very quick to answer my queries and reserve a Polarbox for me. Very impressed. It felt like dealing with a family firm. I have bought from Camping World before and would definitely do so again.

Had to replace a tent pole broken in high winds. Holly at Camping World had all the answers, talked me through the process and liaised with Outwell in Denmark.
Despite the wrong pole being sent over, Holly quickly resolved the mistake and second time lucky, the correct pole was posted. Looking forward to more camping very soon, thank you Holly, thank you Camping World....

I ordered this morning and absolutely went for the wrong item and then panicked as I couldn’t find how to cancel but after calling the office all is well and the lady I spoke to sorted it out within minutes. Really lovely staff and very friendly, much needed that early In the morning!

Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. We dealt with knowledgeable and accommodating sales people, and when we had a problem with our brand new awning, they liaised with suppliers and ensures the product was dealt with under warranty. Wonderful service. Highly recommended, and fantastic to be able to see such a wide range of products on display too.

Ordered many things recently from camping world. Price is very competitive and orders are delivered very quickly.
Added bonus from ordering here is the loyalty points you can use against future purchases.
Got a Outwell chair and a Kampa heater with my saved points 👍🏻

We bought a tent a few months back which had a fault and it was hassle free to return and have replaced.

I have to fight with them for a refund! The tent I purchased was very delayed and I had to buy different one elsewhere. Understandably Camping World apologized and said they will issue refund straight away. It was weeks ago and refund hasn't been issued. Also I received no communication from accounts team, just automatic reply. Customer service refers me to accounts team, so I am pushed around the departments and no results. Mess and frustration.

Outstanding service from Camping World. Good old fashioned customer service where they take ownership of any issues. Dealt mainly with Holly regarding 2 camping beds and she dealt with my queries, excellent result and next day delivery was spot on! Thank you Holly.
Had a slight issue with problem of goods on delivery ( not camping worlds fault) and Aimee refered me to Sharon who gave me the options available to resolve.
All were very polite, helpful and good advice given.
Would recommend checking out Camping World for all your gear. Plenty of it at great prices. Thanks guys!
