Fusion 200 Smart Tunnal Collection by Outwell
Our Fusion 200 may pack small and pitch instantly but it is still big enough to house a two-person pre-attached bedroom in breathable polyester, and a front porch/ storage area that comes complete with side windows and a large front door. And the Fusion 200 is big in terms of quality, too! Constructed from Duratec fibreglass poles and our superb Outtex 4000, with market-leading 4,000mm hydrostatic head, taped seams and reinforced stress points, this is a tent that is built to last. This little tent punches well above its weight and includes plenty of features that are integral in the DNA of our largest family tunnel tents, including pre-attached luminous guylines, heavy duty Outwell zips and our own integral double-coated polyethylene groundsheet in the form of the Outwell Fixed Ground System.

Smart Tunnal Concept
Open up new opportunities to expand the appeal of camping with our Smart Tunnal Concept. Thanks to Outwell innovation and creative thinking this range of instant pitching tents simply outperforms every other tent of this type on the market. These tents are designed to provide the best large tent camping experience in a small package. Premium materials, like our very own Outtex 4000 flysheet material that has a market-leading 4,000mm hydrostatic head, combine with exclusive features, like pre-attached luminous guylines and the Outwell Fixed Ground System, to attract the attention of discerning campers looking for quality, function and ease-of-use. Not only ideal for quick escapes and sleepovers, these tents are the perfect stylish companion to use with larger tents, or at any time when extra accommodation is needed. Easy to pitch and almost as quick to pack, the tents have a small pack size for convenient transport.
The Smart Tunnal Concept is not your average pop-up. This is a collection of quality, practical instant-pitching tents packed full of features that are an integral part of the DNA that lifts Outwell above its competitors - features such as pre-attached luminous guylines and reinforced patches at the stress points. The bar is further raised through the application of Outwell innovations with the addition of the OFG System (Outwell Fixed Group System) that has the groundsheet permanently fixed to the tent as an integral part of its structure. And, to maintain the Concept’s premium tent approach, a Smart Tunnal is made from Outtex 4000-our very own fabric with a class-leading 4,000mm hydrostatic head. Finally, we recognise their individualistic appeal by providing a choice of vivid, modern colours that are bound to attract envious glances on any campsite.

Bought this a few weeks ago and am very happy with it. Haven't used it in any extremes of weather (yet!) but have found it very roomy for a two man tent and the living space at the front is so useful for dumping wet coats, shoes etc. Being a pop up tent it's really easy to pitch, takes a bit of getting used to to put away though - and wouldn't like to have to deal with anything larger in size (eg 3 man +) as I don't think my arms would reach!! Love the fully fixed groundsheet at the front, much better than the "apron" style of some designs. Great tent for those who would rather be relaxing than battling fly sheets and poles lol !
I have had a variety of Outwell gear over the years, including a Jersey M Pop-Up, and have always been impressed by their quality. After a great deal of usage over a 6-year period, the Jersey M finally gave up the ghost, so I bought this as a replacement. The only problem with the Jersey M was the lack of a porch area for wet gear which is why I chose this model as a replacement. Well, of course, it erects itself and just needs pegging out, total time around 5 mins! I was a bit concerned about packing it up but in fact this is very easy too - even for a slightly arthritic 59-year old woman! (Having said which, I WOULD recommend anyone unfamiliar with these types of tent to watch the online video first!) I've only used it once for a long (wet and windy!) weekend but absolutely no problems. My only complaint is that, in an ideal world, it would be 3 inches taller... but you can't have everything!
Although I have not had the chance to camp in this tent yet, I have pitched it a few times indoors. Pitching is a breeze but repacking is not as straightforward. After a couple of times, I have managed to become fairly proficient at it. I can't wait to take it outdoors for a proper field trial.
