Hilo Reef Tent 2013 Sun Collection by Outwell
Families of up to five can relax in this three room tunnel tent that features two bedrooms and a spacious living area where everyone can sit together and enjoy the special atmosphere generated by our very own Outtex Airtech polycotton in its new Nugget colour. The feeling of spaciousness is enhanced by the large tinted windows, additional side door and front wall that can be opened completely, half or less. Door Heights have been improved throughout and the front door now zips to the groundsheet to seal against bugs and draft. A large ‘eyebrow’ canopy protects the front of the tent. We’ve added loads of Outwell innovations to the Hilo, including our unique Outwell Wind Stabilizer and Easy Pegging Systems for enhanced stability and easy pitching. The Outwell Wave-shaped Hanging Point System keeps the inner tent seams stress- free.

That new nugget colouring may be the hottest thing around but our brilliant Outtex Airtech polycotton material ensures a comfortable warm glow throughout a Sun Collection tent by producing a cooling effect when it gets too hot and sunny. It then actually self-seals for the best possible protection in the rain. And the large tinted windows not only protect campers form the sun but they also deflect the attention of nosey neighbours while your enjoy relaxing inside. Doors have been heightened throughout to make movement easier, and the main exterior door now zips to the new colour- coordinated heavy-duty zip-out groundsheet to seal against bugs and drafts. Outwell One-Go Inflation Technology
To simplify pitching the entire Smart Air Tent can be quickly inflated from any single air inlet/outlet valve that appears on each tube section. All valves can be opened to rapidly deflate the tent for packaging.
Floating Guyline System
Another Outwell innovation. Here, twin brown guylines from the tent walls meet and continue to the pegging point as a single luminous guy line. This has the effect of improving overall stability as well as having fewer guys to accidentally!
Outwell Wind Stabilizer System
Outwell’s gale-beating system provides superior levels of stability in up to gale Force 9 winds by linking tent to pole via a guy line and a special Velcro connecter.
Zip-Out Groundsheet
This is made in tough double-coated polyethylene, with complementary colour to the main Nugget. Easily removed for cleaning and storage.
