Tents must only be inspected in a suitable indoor area only, in a clean and dry environment - we may refuse or deduct a proportional amount from any refund due for any tents found to have been used outside
Footwear should be tried on for sizing indoors in a clean, dry environment
Returned clothing should still have original tags attached and be unworn
If your item arrives obviously damaged please sign for it as 'damaged'. If you have received a broken or damaged item we will replace it if you let us know when you receive it
NOTE: Tent poles, elastic shock cord and spring links are all classified as breakable/replaceable items and are not covered by warranty
Goods must be returned clean, dry and hygienic for inspection.
Always use your product in strict compliance with the product's instructions; failure to do so might damage the products, invalidate any given or implied warranty and may cause damage or an accident
